Mary Soirefman joins The Foundation For Tomorrow from Ohio as the Secretary of our Board of Directors. Mary’s life has been shaped by the dedication she has committed to fighting the spread of HIV/AIDS, especially through education and outreach.

Among her many accomplishments Mary created a viable community-based organization to meet the needs of a county as HIV/AIDS became evident. This included developing and facilitating support groups, promoting education and awareness programs in the county’s schools and creating and launching a World AIDS Day “Red Ribbon Project” which offered all high school students and county community members the opportunity to make a difference by wearing a red ribbon.

Along with Mary’s support and dedication to The Foundation For Tomorrow she has supported the McHenry County (Illinois) AIDS Task Force, served on the Executive Board, Ohio State Chapter, P.E.O. Sisterhood, 2006-(will serve until 2013)* and acted as the President of AIDS Support Coalition (Illinois).

In line with TFFT, Mary believes children are our most important asset; they are the future! She believes education for the children of Africa is just as important and gives them hope for a better tomorrow. Working with TFFT is a way to make a difference, both here and abroad.

Mary currently calls Broadview Heights, Ohio home, is married to Alan Soirefman and proud mother of both daughter Alison (Domenic) and son Steven.
