Lou has more than 30 years of financial experience in both public and privately held companies, and currently is the Chief Financial Officer for BlueTarp Financial, Incorporated, a rapidly growing, venture-backed provider of financing solutions to the building supply industry. Lou was the Chief Financial Officer for Universal Solutions International, a leading provider of reverse logistics services to the consumer package goods and healthcare industries. Lou was also CFO of Osprey Systems, a venture backed professional services company based in Charlotte NC. Lou also was Senior VP of Finance with Gartner Inc, the leading provider of research and advisory services to the information technology market, and held several senior financial management positions during his 9 years with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a leading provider of technology based outsourcing solutions.

Lou began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. and is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Lou was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is the youngest of seven children. He and his wife Rita are the proud parents of 3 – Louis, Eileen and Michael. He has a passion for family and children, and views education as the key that unlocks the doors for the underprivileged members of our society.
