Hedwiga G. Mchaki joined The Foundation For Tomorrow (TFFT) as the Office Manager. As the office manager, she is responsible for planning, organizing, updating, and keeping all TFFT records.

Mchaki brings experience working for NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) in the Kilimanjaro area where she had grown up. Mchaki’s NGO experience focused on a implementing a variety of outreach programs, including but not limited to; HIV/AIDS, education, and community development. These experiences have inspired Mchaki to work with TFFT and commit herself to helping children and seeing the growing of the organization

Prior to joining TFFT, Mchaki worked as a Human Resources Officer with Tumaini University Head Office. Her experience of almost four years in administrative issues is a quality that has a very positive impact on TFFT and its programs.

Mchaki received a BA in Languages from Tumaini University. She is currently also perusing a Masters of Arts degree in Community Development as a part time student at Mount Meru University in Arusha. Hedwiga expects to finish her Masters degree in 2012.
